- Mushrooms in a Creamy Garlic & White Wine Sauce, Served on Garlic Brioche & Mixed Leaves
Main Course
- Roast Breast of Turkey, Sage, Chestnut & Cranberry Stuffing, Sausage Wrapped in Bacon & White Wine & Cranberry Gravy
- Braised Haunch of Venison, Smoked Bacon, Mushrooms, Red Wine & Baby Onions, Served with Wholegrain Mustard Mash
- Fillet of Cod Wrapped in Prosciutto, on Crushed New Potatoes with a Prawn, Tomato & Chive Butter Sauce
- Spinach, Goats Cheese, Cranberries & Toasted Pine Nuts Baked in Filo Pastry
Desserts
- Homemade Christmas pudding with Brandy Sauce
- Glazed Lemon Tart with a Spiced Red Fruit Compote
- Chocolate & Raspberry Roulade
