  2. Chicken Liver, Port & Cranberry Pate, Cumberland Sauce & Toasted Brioch
  3. Mushrooms in a Creamy Garlic & White Wine Sauce, Served on Garlic Brioche & Mixed Leaves


Main Course

  1. Roast Breast of Turkey, Sage, Chestnut & Cranberry Stuffing, Sausage Wrapped in Bacon & White Wine & Cranberry Gravy
  2. Braised Haunch of Venison, Smoked Bacon, Mushrooms, Red Wine & Baby Onions, Served with Wholegrain Mustard Mash
  3. Fillet of Cod Wrapped in Prosciutto, on Crushed New Potatoes with a Prawn, Tomato & Chive Butter Sauce
  4. Spinach, Goats Cheese, Cranberries & Toasted Pine Nuts Baked in Filo Pastry



  1. Homemade Christmas pudding with Brandy Sauce
  2. Glazed Lemon Tart with a Spiced Red Fruit Compote
