It is with regret that I have to inform you of the death of Tony Hall

Tony died on Sunday 3 December 2017 and the funeral is at 11.00am Friday 15 December 2017 at Mansfield Crematorium.

The Funeral Director is Graham Ward, 9 Portland Road, Hucknall, Nottingham. NG15 7DE

Tony joined the Combined Force in 1974 and served at Central, Hucknall and Mansfield.       He completed his service at Mansfield Woodhouse in the Football Intelligence Unit.

Notification of the death of a Police Widow

It is with deep sorrow that we have to inform you of the death of Avis Muriel MACFARLANE, aged 66 years, who died on Saturday 18 November 2017.   The funeral as already taken place.

Avis was the widow of Robert MacFarlane who died some time ago.    He ended his Police career at West Bridgford Police Station.

Neil (Zippy) Hopewell

Neil is  at present in the Hatzfeld Care Home and his wife Angela as asked if any of his colleagues would care to visit him and cheer him up.     He is mobile and can talk but he has trouble remembering events, names of people etc.

Visits would be very much appreciated and it would help to brighten his day.

Hatzfeld Care Home address is 10B Mansfield Road, Blidworth NG21 0PN and the telephone number is 01623 464541.     Please try not to visit between 12nn and 1.00pm and between 4.00pm and 5.00pm as this is meal times.

John Vernon Estrop

It is with sadness that we have to inform you of the death of a retired Police Officer, John Vernon Estrop. He died on Saturday 25 November 2017 and the funeral took place yesterday (12/12/2017)

John joined the County Police in 1967 and retired in 1984.    He served at Retford, Worksop and in the Crime Prevention Department

It is with deep sorrow that we have to inform you of the death of Anthony (Tony) HALL who died  earlier this week.

The funeral has been arranged for 11.00am on Friday 15 December 2017 at Mansfield Crematorium.

It is with regret that we have to inform you of the death of Grace Elizabeth Pattison the wife of Robert (Bob) Pattison, Retired Nottingham City Superintendent

The funeral will take place at 1pm on Tuesday 12th December 2017 at Grangewood Methodist Church, Grangewood Road, Nottingham NG8 2SJ. Followed by a reception at Swanncar Farm, Trowell Moor, Nottingham NG9 3PQ

At the request of the family if members wish to take flowers, only a single flower tribute of their choosing.

Donations via the undertakers Julie Wesson, Wollaton Road, Beeston, Nottingham NG9 2NR and any donations will be distributed to three charities which will be published in the Order of Service.

David Richards is suffering from Parkinsons and Dementia and his wife Diana has asked if any of his Police colleagues would like to visit him as he would really appreciate it.

Jane Anne Berridge

It is with sadness that we have to inform you of the death of Jane Anne Berridge, who died on 30 March 2017.

Jane was the wife of John Berridge who was a County Officer and served at Hucknall as a Detective Sergeant.    Unfortunately, this has only just come to our knowledge whilst visiting him on his 99^th birthday.
