
It is with regret that I have to inform you of the death of a Retired Officer the late Constable John Dillon, 82 yrs, that occurred on 25th March 2025.
John joined Notts Combined Constabulary on 22/5/72 retiring 5th November 1997 on age gounds, Service at Mansfield and Ollerton traffic, he was a Federation Representative for Traffic Constables.
He leaves a wife Marilyn and daughter Louise.

1. Reception into St Philip’s Church – Tuesday 6 May, 4pm
2. Funeral Mass at St Philip’s – Wednesday 7 May, 12:10pm
3. Burial at Mansfield Cemetery (Wed 7), 1:30pm

I am really sorry to learn of the loss of John. He was an absolute Gentleman and a good friend during the time I worked with him. I know he will be greatly missed by friends and family alike.
