It is with sadness that we have to inform you of the death of Vicki Rosemary Goddard, aged 65 years, the wife of Charles Goddard a retired Police Officer. Vicki died on Wednesday 30 December 2020 after catching the Covid virus.

Vicki was the wife of Charles Goddard who joined the Combined Force in 1973. He served at Beeston and the Force Control Room. He retired in 2003.

I remember the early days working at Beeston Police Station when you and Vicki were our neighbours in the Police houses on Farm Road, Chilwell. Times were hard prior to Edmund- Davies. I know Vicki was a great support to you. My condolences to you and your family.

Hey Charlie we go back to that winter at Panel Ash, 1972/3 hardly met on the job but still remember you and some of your comments, lost my wife late 2019. Condolences to you and your family.
