Things are settling down a little this end for me.  But the loss can never be replaced.  However, as I said sincere thanks to NARPO friends for their support.

I am e-mailing you tonight to let you know of a fund raising project Brian & I have been involved in for local rural villages, which is to get community based defibrillator units sited in easy access for trained public to use.

We are now with the commitments of the Abbey Medical Practice dedicating this scheme for Brian’s memory and we have various fund-raising events planned.  I attach a copy of the poster.

The first of these will be a Quiz Night plus pie & pea supper (vegetarian option as well ) on Friday 17^th November, at Ravenshead Village Hall NG15 9BP.  Tickets are £8 adults & £4 children.  There is a bar and we have a excellent raffle as well.  We welcome couples and teams of up to 10 people.   I enclose the poster.

Next year on the 3^rd of March we are having a Big Band Evening to raise funds.  More information about this in the New Year.
