
Remembering PC 262 Maurice Farmer 32 years, Motorcycle Section Nottingham Traffic Wing who died 44 years ago on 14th January 1981 involved in a road accident whilst on duty on Motorcycle patrol on the A60 at Ruddington Nottingham.
A good friend and colleague sadly missed.

Great bloke remember being at Arnold nick with Ken Wood when the news came in. We both broke down. Always remember him.

I was on first shift that fateful day. I remember Bill Mitchell being sent home, couldn’t carry on that day. I cant believe its 44 years ago.
Can I take this opportunity to let those out there who knew me, that Ann my wife of 53 years, died on 3rd Jan 2025. 4 yrs of Cancer
