The menu for the Annual Dinner on Friday 6th December is as follows

STARTERS

a Butternut Squash and Sage Soup with Bread Roll (v/ve)

b Creamy Garlic Mushrooms with sourdough (v)

c Traditional Prawn Cocktail

d Pigs and Wings (Chicken wings and large pigs in Blanket)

MAINS

a. Festive Roast Turkey ( Fresh Seasonal Vegetable)

b  Roast Topside of Beef (Fresh Seasonal Vegetables)

c  Wexford Chicken (Butterfly chicken breast topped with mushroom, chips and garden salad)

d  Cumin Butternut Squash Wellington, (Butternut Squash and lentil in filo pastry) (v v/e)

DESERTS

a  Chocolate Fudge Cake and Ice Cream

b  Just Ice Cream

c  Apple Pie and Custard

d  Traditional Christmas Pudding and Brandy Sauce
