  1. i worked with Paul at Bestwood park ps for a few years. He was tenacious and would work tirelessly for victims. He also had a wicked sense of humor . Gone far too early.

  2. So sad to hear of the passing of Paul. Got to know him through his time on the dog section, football and golf. A tough cookie, good at his job, a good copper and work colleague. RIP Snipes

  3. Very sad to hear the news about Paul. A fixture in the late 70s/80s at Central with his dog and would invariably make many quality arrests. A real popular officer. Paul would always make himself available to visit youth groups in his own time, with his dog and captivate the kids with great displays. RIP Paul, taken far too early. Sincere condolences to the family.

  4. So very sad to hear the news about Paul. I first met Paul when I joined the Dog Section in January 1980 and we soon became friends as well as colleagues. Paul was a skilled and very knowledgeable dog handler and tenacious to the enth degree. I also enjoyed rounds of golf with Paul. Taken far too early RIP Snipes, my friend. My sincere condolences to the family.
