  1. I had the great pleasure of working with C.R. at Canning Circus. He was very caring, always a true ‘Gentle Man’ with a great sense of humour and massive heart. My thoughts are with his family at this sad time.

  2. I endorse totally the thoughts of Karen. A very gentle and thoughtful chap, with a grand sense of humour and humility. I only liaised him a few months ago (in lockdown) and he seemed his usual self, but it would be typical if he didn’t mention any problems as he was always putting others first. The world has lost a ‘goodun’. Rest in peace big man…….

  6. I joined with CR and had the great privilege of doing initial training at Dishforth with him. A larger than life character who always saw the best in everyone and everything. A great mate and fantastic fun. We met up again a few months ago and shared stories which was hilarious. Rest in peace my friend. Condolences and love to Annette and the girls.
