Michael David Senior
It is with sadness that we have to inform you of the death of Michael David Senior, aged 79 years, a retired Police Officer, who died on Sunday 19 July 2020. Our thoughts are with his wife Janet and family at this difficult time.
Michael joined the County Force in 1970 and served at Mansfield, Forest Town and Mansfield Woodhouse. He retired in 1991 and became a civilian member of the Force working at Police Headquarters and a number of stations.
Funeral arrangements have yet to be made and they will be added t a later Time.

So sorry to hear of David’s death. I remember David at Mansfield and frequently saw him patrolling the Town Centre our along Southwell Road West. I still remember the occasion of his and Janet’s Golden Wedding and celebrated with them both as I led the Sunday Morning Worship Service at Big Barn Lane Methodist Church.
My deepest sympathy goes to Janet and family. RIP David, you’ve performed your last patrol.

Sorry to hear the news about Dave, I was a young Pc posted to Mansfield in 1985 and on the same shift until I moved down to St Anne’s, best wishes Steve Payne.

Sorry to hear the sad news. I knew David (known to me as Dave) from when he worked for the Co-operative Society and met him again when he joined us within the police family. A really nice quite man. Rest in peace David
