It is with sadness that we have to inform you of the death of Winifred Dorothy Wagstaff, aged 90 years, the Spouse of a retired Police Officer.
Winifred was the wife of Kenneth Wagstaff who joined the City Police in 1954. He served mainly at Central Division and one of his duties was as the Force Cycles Officer. He retired in 1984. Our thoughts are with Kenneth at this difficult time.

Ken so sorry for your loss. It must be very difficult after all this time. I remember you well from the Enquiry Office. You we’re always helpful and friendly with a smile (not like some there.)

Ken, my condolences on your sad loss, I remember you and Winnie from the day I joined the force . You both became Personal friends with my family. Rest In Peace Wnnie.
