Edwin (Eddy) Morley

It is with sadness that we have to inform you of the death of a retired Police Officer, Edwin Morley, aged 82 years, who died on Thursday 6 September 2018.

The funeral is at 10.30am Wednesday 19 September 2018 at Gedling Crematorium.

The undertakers are the Co-operative Funeralcare, 69 Gedling Road, Carlton, NG4 3FG

Donations to Cancer Research and Maggies Centre at the City Hospital via the undertaker or at the Service.

Eddy joined the County Police in 1963 and was given the No. Pc 358 which on amalgamation was amended to Pc 1158.    He served at Arnold, Carlton, Bingham, Hyson Green and Kimberley.  He was the collator at Carlton and the Crime Squad at Kimberley.        He retired in 1993.

There will be refreshments after at the Elwes Arms Public House, on Oakdale Road, Carlton NG4 1DH.       All are Welcome.
