I am writing to invite you to take part in a survey that will help us measure our members’ views on social care.

Ahead of the Social Care Green Paper, expected this summer, the Health and Communities and Local Government Committees have opened an inquiry into the long-term funding of adult social care. We are eager for our submission to accurately reflect your views. As such, we have published a survey designed to understand your experience of social care, and the possible policy solutions that you think the government should consider.

The survey consists of a brief series of questions, and can be completed in less than 10 minutes. We can assure you that you evidence will be dealt with in confidence, and your details will be anonymised.
